The 24-year-old singer insisted she was 'single and happy' at a photocall in London 29/3/2012 when asked if she was romancing the Two And A Half Men star.
It comes after the Barbados-born star was spotted leaving the actor's Hollywood home at 4am on March 22.
Rihanna denied claims she was dating Ashton Kutcher as she attended a photocall for her movie Battleship in London today, Kutcher seen right last night in Los Angeles;
Rihanna became defensive when a British reporter asked her: 'You're so good at connecting with people that I think that we actually feel we know you. Things are clearly going brilliantly in your career. I just wondered if you are as happy in your private life, and will we see a certain Mr. Ashton Kutcher perhaps making a trip over here?'
The Love The Way You Lie singer then responded: 'Wow, how disappointing was that question?'
She then went on to add: 'I'm happy and I'm single, if that's what you're really asking.'

Happy mood: The girls broke down in giggles as they tried to pose for a photocall promoting their new movie Battleship;
Sunny: They couldn't help but laugh as they posed on the rooftop of London's Corinthia Hotel;
But as she stepped on to the rooftop of London's The Corinthia Hotel for the shoot, it was actress Brooklyn who wowed.
The former swimwear model, 24, stood out in a black and white frock with criss-cross patterning, that showed off her skin with mesh cut outs.
And she showed off more of her legs with the shorter cut, while her spiky heels elongated her physique.
Is that professional? The girls had obviously bonded on set as they were so happy to see each other again;
Come on, Rihanna! The singer was even upstaged by Brooklyn's behaviour as she managed to contain herself a bit better;
Decker's make-up even stood out more as she went for smoky eyes, while she put her blonde hair into a messy ponytail.
Male lead: Actor Taylor Kitsch also attended the shoot, as he dressed in a dapper black suit and shirt;
That's better! Rihanna had a moment of calm as she gave her best smile;
Different looks: The girls cuddled up to each other for a number of shots ahead of the film's release
All smiles: Director Peter Berg turned up to support his stars as they continued their promotional duties;
And they had clearly bonded on set as when they reunited they burst into hysterics as they faced each other, before they managed to take a couple of serious shots.
Picture perfect: After a long morning, the girls finally got it right as they beamed for the cameras;
The film is due out in the UK on 11 April and 18 May in the U.S.
